Di-O-Clean Water Purification
Di-O-Clean is a water disinfectant which can be used both as a drinking water treatment, and to disinfect drinking water systems in professional livestock farming. Di-O-Clean has been developed for use in cattle, poultry and pig farming.
Di-O-Clean is 260% more effective than a chlorine-based disinfectant. Its benefits include:
- Removal of biofilm in the water pipe
- Prevention of biofilm in the water pipe if used continuously
- Removal of iron and manganese deposits in pipes
Di-O-Clean is not pH dependent. It is effective at pH 2- 10, and it does not corrode the drinking water system. It can be used in the treatment of water that contains sulphur, and it does not form toxic by-products such as THM, HAA, Mutagen X and chlorophenols in the same way as it would if using chlorine.
Di-O-Clean works by directly reacting with the cell wall of micro-organisms, including bacteria, yeasts, fungi and viruses, so that no resistance can be built up.
And what’s even better is that there is no change to the smell or taste of the water, so your animals will be none the wiser that it has been added.
Di-O-Clean is very easy to use and makes your herd or flock’s drinking water a safe and valuable nutrient.

The solution in conventional milking parlours
In the milking parlour, you want to work efficiently without compromising teat condition.
During an intensive milking session, vacuum, pulsation and liner contact determine how smoothly the teat moves through the milking cycle. If the teat is exposed to unstable vacuum or excessive vacuum during that contact moment, this is often reflected in teat condition and in the consistency of the milking process.
AktivPULS offers 5 liner sizes. Different sizes can be combined on the same claw. Because rear teats are often smaller, this allows you to create the best possible fit for the herd, regardless of teat length.
Liner performance makes the difference
The performance of AktivPULS stems from design choices that are made to minimise pressure on the teat. This is done with a focus on teat-end condition and milk-out. This keeps the load on the teat more manageable throughout the entire milking cycle. In practice, this helps to keep milk flow stable in every cow, even when the teat shape and size differ at each milking.

™AktivPULS is designed to support the natural milking process and minimise stress on the teat tissue. During milking, a controlled massage effect is created, focused on comfort and teat condition.
By reducing peak vacuum pressure, the teat canal can close more quickly after milking. This supports the natural barrier against bacteria. The result is a calmer teat appearance, a predictable milk flow, and often a more efficient milking session in the AMS.
